Her case was one of widowhood practices in Gender Based Violence (GBV). Her husband died Post-Covid living her with an only child with a cerebral Palsy and a building at Ijoko-Ota. In search of education for her only child, she has to relocate to Abeokuta to look for an inclusive school. It was in the process of her staying in Abeokuta that her husband died shortly after COVID in 2021. While still relying on rent from the house for the family upkeep, by 2022, the family in the name of sharing the property of the late husband dispossessed her of the house and made to wander about for living. Using a CLIENT CENTRED APPROACH as she has made CEAPDI to realize that she is not ready to go into any litigation with the family and all she wants is healing and empowerment for sustainable living. CEAPDI has since taken the following actions as regards her issue: (1) Psycho-Socio support for the woman (2) Scholarship for her only daughter at FCE SPECIAL (Oyo) (3) Purchase of pepper milling machine to enable her earn income for a sustainable living in September, 2025
